Had a nice weekend.  Spent friday night curled up next to Tom watching sleepaway Camp 2: unhappy Campers.  So funny but gross!  It the kind of film that is soooo bad it's good heh.

Saturday Motti and Nichola came over to Tom's house and we played games and went shopping and had a lovely day.  Got a posh little wheelie case for work for when I have to cart a tonne of heavy files to court.  I feel funny with it.

Got some nice news.  Tom and I shall be buying a hosue together woohoo.  he's gonna save me fomr evil men in this place :) Now it's just a case of finding a half decent mortgage then a house for that price heh.  I've been all excited.  Want my own house rather than renting.  Stood in WH Smiths flicking through all the house magazines yesterday hehe.  Shouldn't really do that, I tell Tom off for reading the mags then not buying anything "It's not a library you know" hehe

Been a funny two days in work.  My permanant giggles seem to be wearing off on other Gemma who I share a desk with.  We've been acting like kids the past two days as most of the partners are away on the two left in are doing all the court cover so as they say, when the cats away the mice will play and boy have we! 
 
We've had the bookman come in with new books this week and he brought in Purple Ronnie book for lovers full of purple ronnie poems and funny drawings.  Even if they weren't funny we were in stitches laughing, then us two laughing makes other people laughing. He also brought in rude oragami a little pack that allows to make such wonderous paper creations as the passionate pigs and the ultimate cock (the bird)  but yes it also shows you how to make willies.  One thing you can make is eager beavers, the partner I work for her married name is beaver though she works under her maiden name, well teh great idea was to make eager beavers and leave them on her desk for when she comes back, she soooo would not see the joke!  Well we were trying and failing hehe but one of the other partners came back and spoiled our fun though we will try again Monday! 
 
I love it when you laugh all day, laughing puts you in such a great mood!! 
 
I love my livingroom colour when i am in a good mood as well.  It's yellow and from lunch time the sun is at the front of the flat, so with an already good mood, a yellow livingroom filed with sunshine and music on loud plus Tom on his way I am one very happy bunny at the mo. 
 
We are speding tomorrow with Nich and Motti.  Get some shopping, LOTS of gossiping and the boys can get some gaming luuuuurvley. Happy Happy Joy Joy! I hope everyone is in a good mood, it's good mood time!  Plus the smiley on the post below makes me smile, I shall miss him being at the top of my blog.

YAY moooooore baby stuff shopping!!

Funny how time flies by without you even realising it, I was looking at my calendar in work this week and realised today it’s been a year since my Gran died. Bet she is happier were ever she may be, probably drinking vodka with the devil as she would have liked.

I have decided to stop posting miserable posts (for a week at least anyway heh)

My mum is helping me find somewhere to live \o/ She rang Ball & Percival for me Friday lunch time to see if there were any new properties and they had one that came in that morning that at first hearing about it sounds great so my name is first on the list woohoo, not that I means I get it I know. Well she said to me she can’t remember is it was Flat 2 number 4 or flat 4 number 2 so Tom and I went for an adventure today to look at the road, seems alright, only problem is the houses start at number 8 as 2,4 and 6 are a garage hehe well done mum. There is no picture on the website yet so I shall just have to be patient.

Had muchos fun on Saturday. Tom, me, Martin, Bob and his lovely lady Hayley went shopping in the Trafford centre. Much fun was had by the girls but I think the lads were bored as the machines in the namco station were mainly bust awww. Didn’t want to finish shopping, we hadn’t made it all the way around, but there shall be more trips! Just glad to see the AWFUL 80’s throwback shite clothing seems to have mostly gone.

Then Martin, Tom and I went back to Toms for some yummy food and a bit of gaming before we went off to Vue to watch Walking Tall. Funny film starring The Rock and Johnny Knoxville. Don’t go expecting much (what can you expect with the Rock starring?) but it was a nice film to sit with mates and watch and have a bit of a laugh. Johnny Knoxville with the van thingy, fuuuunny!

Curious now, got home to a message from my friend who I’ve not spoken to in yonks, if you don’t include the time I freaked her out on MSN while confusing her with Katie and she never replied to any of my messages heh, anyhoo this message Gemma ring me I have great news and you will be excited. Got to be a baby hasn’t it? It could be that she is engaged she’s been engaged before and never sounded like that. Maybe she is engaged but sounds so happy because she actually loves her current blokie (he is lovely) I want to know NOW! I rang her but she is at work and Nick wouldn’t tell me the news, damn him. Ah well. Maybe it’s not even about her, maybe it’s about someone else? I hate waiting for things.

Bit late but break a leg Nichola for your shows. I know you have done one and as I write this you are probably making your way to the stage for the next. Shame I couldn’t go but my life is in the air atm, but as you said I can see the video :)

Why do people say atm machines? Doesn’t the m in atm mean machine? Hmm I usually just call them the money makers or money things anyway.

Can’t keep my mind focused…

Long time since a proper update, the last post was rather over dramatic but it makes me laugh and I was tired hehe.

Yet more trouble in with stupid neighbours. Got flooded when it poured down the other week when alcy upstairs left his skylights open. Two nights with no sleep and no time to get a real sleep in the day with people coming in and out to try and sort the place. Night after that it stayed dry but it was hard to sleep as I was too paranoid, any noise and I would jump a mile hehe

Not sure how much more I can take here. House hunting has stepped up but no luck as of yet. Looking for places to rent though I don’t really want to rent any more but even the prices there are a joke. Put my name down for one place and told them to ring my mobile if it was the weekend. Got home yesterday and they had rang on Saturday afternoon to say the viewing was Sunday so I missed it. Rang today and they swear that someone rang my mobile so either they are lying or they dialled the wrong number as they read the correct number to me.

Either someone somewhere loves to see me in tears a lot or there is a perfect place for me and I’ve just not spotted it so they are stopping me from getting anywhere else. Although I have seen my house and its been there for ages at a mere 128k *sigh* It’s only double my budget heh. Really will have to wangle that Tom one into buying one for me :)

Seems like a long time ago but Joolias night out at the K was fab. Really enjoyed myself, even if my back was is agony hehe

There is a thing, if I get a place were I want one by Tom, trips to the K are going to result in like a 30 quid taxi ride home bummer
